I am an HR Consultant/Life Coach and also the CEO of CAnneJ Training and Consultancy Ltd. I have seen the urgent need to develop individuals and employees who have gaps in their lives that keep them stagnant and demotivated about themselves. With this in mind, our Mentorship Program was designed to fulfil this desire and achieve our company’s Vision : Developing a Better You”.
Our program sets out to treat with both their Personal and Leadership Development. Persons with Self-Development gaps and challenges can access our Personal Development Module and those who overcame those challenges can access our Leadership Development Module.
Additionally, we have a Kidz Mentorship Program for ages 9-14 years old and Teenz Mentorship Program for ages 15-19 years old to help them in their personal, emotional and mental development.
The results have been successful, and many have experienced promotion and improved personal development.
However, there are so many individuals who would like to access the program and have been financially challenged by the current pandemic and therefore they cannot afford to be a part of this needed program. Your donation will support the personal and leadership development inclusive of the Kidz. Our Kidz are being stifled their lack of social interaction and this is creating emotional tension in their lives. Our program helps them to understand their emotions and develop their social and interpersonal skills.
